Course Information
FORM+ is ideal for those who have recently come to a new faith or those who have been Christians for many years.
We encourage the FORM+ students to have a mentor or to be part of a monthly ‘huddle group’, allowing time to share their experiences and receive support and encouragement through prayer and other practical ways. An optional weekend retreat is organised in which students are encouraged to attend, as this is a time for their relationship to develop with God and with one another.
FORM+ offers an opportunity to engage with theological teaching in an easy to learn and relevant way. Each morning we will have a presentation from an experienced speaker followed by a hearty lunch, which will be provided. All course material, folders and notes from the sessions will be supplied to each student along with the use of the theological library within the Form room. The afternoon will comprise of teaching and/or a reflection/discussion session followed by worship and prayer.
FORM+ will take place every Monday from September 2011 until the end of June 2012 (term time only and excluding bank hols) and will run from 9.00am until 3.00pm. The main teaching will start at 10.00am, however students are encouraged to attend morning prayers at 9.00am and a time for refreshments at 9.30am.
The cost of FORM+ will be £500, however financial assistance may be available for those who are unable to afford the total cost.
