Welcome Weekend
Fellowship and developing community is a crucial part of FORM WOODBRIDGE. To begin this exciting year we have programmed in a Welcome Weekend. This will give FORM trainees the opportunity to get to know other each other, the St John’s Leadership team and members of the congregation.
Below is the plan for the weekend:
Friday 29th August
5:00pm – Welcome to FORM – St John’s Old Vic
6:00pm – Tour of Woodbridge and Church Buildings
7:00pm – Meal with Dave and Karen Gardner (Vicar and wife)
8:30pm – Induction to St John’s with Dave Gardner
9:30pm – Conclusion to Evening
Saturday 30th August
10:00am – Sailing down the river (Weather permitting) – Bring packed lunch and wet gear
4:00pm – Fun and Games
6:00pm – BBQ with church staff and leadership team
Sunday 31st August
9:00am – Introduction to the 9 O’clock Congregation
11:00am – Introduction to the 11 O’clock Congregation
7:00pm – Introduction to Café Church
